Discovery offers a wide selection of die cut specialties that range from simple circles to the circle of life. All of our die cut shapes come in many different sizes and a good selection of materials. Our die cut shapes can also be ordered in custom sizes.

PLENTY OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM

Die cut specialties can be ordered in a basic satin or cotton twill (which has to be sewn to avoid fraying); as satin cotton or cotton twill with an embroidered (merrowed) border that uses a heat seal adhesive. You can also order die cut shapes in Durafilm II, Vinylbond, or Pro Twill (Pro Twill has heat tack backing for positioning - edges must be sewn to avoid fraying). No sew adhesive is good because it will eliminate sewing for most applications except treated nylon jackets.
