Monofilament polyester fabrics have the advantages of monofilament construction which are greater in uniformity of weave and free ink passage through the mesh. Because of the uniform construction and tensile strength they have many advantages for screen printing: abrasion resistance, high stability, the capability of weaving a finer mesh per inch than multifilament, easy ink flow and deposits, a mesh structure for quality printing, easy cleaning and full reclaimability. Ideal for printing where close registration is required. Available in 24-420 (10-168cm) mesh in widths from 40" to 80" (1m to 2m). Mesh can be purchased by the yard or by the roll. Full rolls up to 160 (64cm) mesh are approximately 50 yards (46m). 200 (80cm) mesh and over are approx. 33 yards (29.7m) per roll. Available in white and gold in most mesh counts.

Every seam of an aluminum screen frame is precision welded for superior strength and durability. Aluminum screen frames are ideal for precise registration such as 4 color process printing.

Every aluminum cap screen is made with durable, industrial-strength construction and materials that will ensure years of trouble-free screen printing. The thin bar design allows printing near the bill of the cap. Cap screens come pre-stretched with your choice of fabric. Aluminum Cap Screens may be ordered without fabric.

Diamond Chase roller frames have a top loading locking system with two nylon rods that are snapped into place with the assistance of a wheel-type insertion tool (sold separately). Diamond Chase roller frames have high and low mesh counts which are stretched by exchanging the color-coded locking rods.
