Image Mate Exposure Guide: Ensure durable, consistent stencils

every time using these exposure guides.

A blue diazo photoemulsion intended for use with plastisol and solvent based inks. This high-quality, yet economical emulsion reaches exposure speeds of many dual cure systems. Its high viscosity won’t sag in low mesh counts, yet its rheology allows high stencil buildup with minimal coatings. DZ 307 has been tested to withstand over 40,000 impressions! Ideal for general printing applications using plastisol and solvent based inks. Has an extended unexposed screen life and is also very easy to reclaim the screen without staining.

AVAILABLE SIZES: 1 Quart, 1 US Gallon

FEATURES OF DZ 307 DIAZO CURE BLUE PHOTOEMULSION:

Very fast dry times with excellent mesh bridging.

Extended sensitized shelf life of 6 to 8 weeks at 70°F (21°C).

High stencil buildup with fewer coats.

Very fast exposure times on all exposure unit types.

Excellent leveling for low Rz values.

Reduces negative effects of poorly cleaned screens.

Non-sagging viscosity on low mesh counts.

Flexibility to handle low mesh tensions and high squeegee pressure.

Balanced color for easy inspection and registration.

Ideal for plastisol and solvent-based inks for long print runs.

Reclaim without staining and extended unexposed screen life.

Freeze/thaw stable, passes 3 cycles 23°F to 72°F (-5°C to 22°C).

DZ 343 is a violet diazo cure photoemulsion for water based and plastisol inks. DZ 343’s combination of medium viscosity and extreme 48% solids gives printers greater versatility and value. If that wasn’t enough, DZ 343 will withstand thousands of water-based ink prints without using a hardener and still have easy reclaimability. DZ 343 photoemulsion is ideal for general printing applications using plastisol and water based inks. DZ 343 photoemulsion has low viscosity with extremely high solids content.

Compatible with most textile inks used in screen printing.

PC 701 is not only one of the fastest exposing one-parts, but it’s the highest solids content emulsion you’ll ever use! The extreme solids content of 52% allows you to use minimal coatings and speeds dry times. Designed for the textile printer, it has excellent resistance to plastisol and solvent-based inks. Caution: PC 701 is fast! Testing has shown that PC 701 emulsion will expose more than 3 times faster than other SBQ emulsions. Create Professional Positives Instantly!

No Expensive Films or Emulsion Stencils Required!

Simply print the X200 Posi-Paper through a laser printer or photocopier and create an instant positive.

AVAILABLE SIZES: 8 1/2" x 11", 11" x 17"

Note: Images created on a laser printer or photocopier should be as opaque (black) as possible to block light. Use a black pen or marker, or Posi~Black to darken areas. Screens exposed with laser print positives will take slightly longer to expose than film. An increase of approximately 20% may be required.

Create Professional Positives Instantly!

A heavyweight stable plastic film which will accept the toner from most laser printers and/or photocopiers. Simply create your artwork on a computer and print the positives using the FX300 Posi-Film in your laser printer. Camera ready artwork can also be used with a photocopier.

AVAILABLE SIZES: 8 1/2" x 11", 11" x 17"

Note: Images created on a laser printer or photocopier should be opaque (black) as possible to block any light. Use a black felt pen or marker to darken areas of the film or to fill in the pinholes if required. Posi~Black Toner Enhancer can also be used to fill in pinholes.

Consistent Vellum or Laser Positives Everytime!

Get consistent vellum or laser film exposures. This spray is designed to enhance toner on X200 Posi-Paper and FX300 Posi-Film after coming out of a printer. Toner becomes darker and denser making screen exposing more controllable. Halftones expose much easier and you will notice that you can burn much smaller dots without problems!
