BLADE EDGES STAY SHARP FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME

Lancer's unique urethane plastic squeegee blades have an extremely long lifespan and are well suited to most screen printing applications. Squeegee blade edges stay sharp for extended periods of time which reduces maintenance and down time. Unlike most other squeegee materials, this squeegee material is resistant to most screen solvents.

All squeegee blades are 3/8"(9.5mm) thick by 2" (5cm) deep. Order in any length up to 144" (3.66m).

AVAILABLE STYLES AND SIZES: Style A - Standard Blade (60-80 Durometer), Style B - Double Beveled Blade (60-80 Durometer). Style C - Triple Durometer Blade (65/90/65 and 75/90/75 Durometer). See below chart for more information.

SQUEEGEE DISCRIPTION

BLADE DUROMETER

Style A - Standard Blade:
an all purpose blade for screen printing on flat objects.

60-65 Soft: Suited for most general purpose screen printing work.

70-75 Medium: Sharp print, keeps edge longer, yields thinner ink film.

80-85 Hard: Sharp print, maintains edge longer, yields thinner ink film.

Style B - Double Beveled Blade:
double bevel edge, can be used for applications which require heavy ink deposits, uneven surfaces, fine detail and textile screen printing.

60-65 Soft: Suited for most general purpose screen printing work.

70-75 Medium: Sharp print, keeps edge longer, yields thinner ink film.

80-85 Hard: Sharp print, maintains edge longer, yields thinner ink film.

Style C - Triple Durometer Blade:
a three durometer compound with two soft or medium external strips and one hard central backing strip. This results in flexibility and constant pressure on the screen, an increased life, and control of ink flow.

65/90/65: Soft External, Hard Central

75/90/75: Medium External, Hard Central

Aluminum Squeegees are available in 3 styles (see above) and can be ordered in any length up to 39" (100cm). Please call us for more information about custom squeegee sizes.

The Aluminum squeegee handle is equipped with tightening bolts and high grip jaws to hold the squeegee blades firmly in place. Squeegee Blade change over is a snap.

The handle is a comfortable 3¾"/9.5cm high. Can be ordered in any length up to 39" (100cm).

Complete squeegees incorporate your choice of urethane blades with the aluminum squeegee handle. The complete squeegee requires no assembly! To order, specify type of blade (style A, B or C) and length.

HR-88® SPRAY ADHESIVE

HR~88 Spray Adhesive applies a mist spray which sets up quickly. HR~88 is a clear, non-staining adhesive that is specifically suited for heat resistant applications such as platens that are subjected to spot dryers. HR-88 Spray Adhesive has a long lasting tack. HR-88 works very well for T-shirt screen printing.

LANCER SCREEN OPENER

Lancer Screen Opener instantly opens dried in areas on screens. It leaves no residue on screen mesh. Lancer Screen Opener works efficiently on all types of screen printing inks and on screens made with solvent resistant photographic stencils (i.e. direct or indirect stencils and lacquer-proof knife cut films).

POSI-BLACK® TONER ENHANCER

Get consistent vellum or laser film exposures. Designed to enhance toner on X200 Posi-Paper and FX300 Posi-Film after coming out of a printer. Toner becomes darker and denser making exposing more controllable. Halftones expose easier and you will notice that you can burn much smaller dots without problems!

TAPE GUN

The Tape Gun is ideal for application screen prep tapes and general use tapes. Use the tape gun to cut only the amount of tape you need. The tape gun will accommodate tape up to 2" (5cm) wide. The tape gun is built with heavy duty plastic construction.

SCREEN PREP TAPE

Lancer's economy grade plastic screen prep tape makes screen clean up a breeze! Lancer’s Screen Prep Tape is a good choice for all water based type inks. Lancer’s Screen Prep Tape is very cost effective and is also extremely durable.

LANCER'S DURATAPE

Duratape protects both the screen and frame during printing and cleanup. Indestructible plastic backing provides clean, one piece removal from frames. Resistant to solvents, alcohol & acids. Won’t crack or fade. Stretches with fabric during printing.

BENCH TAPE DISPENSER

The bench tape dispensers will allow up to 3" core tape sizes. Bench tape dispensers come equipped with a sturdy clamp for firm mounting on virtually any type of table or bench. The bench tape dispenser will accept up to 2" wide tape rolls.

TAPE DISPENSER

The tape dispenser is an ideal choice for thermo screen tape but will accept most other tapes. Cut only the amount you need. The tape dispenser will allow rolls up to 1" wide. This tape dispenser is built with heavy duty, highly durable plastic construction.

SCOOP COATER

Has The Capacity For Doing Several Screens Without Refilling

Highly Durable, Lightweight Construction

The lightweight Scoop Coater is shaped so that it can stand upright. A deep reservoir has the capacity for doing several screens without refilling. The round coating edge is designed for quick build-up of correct emulsion thickness. The sharp edge of the scoop coater can be used for

precision coatings. Tight fitting plastic end caps serve as guidelines for correct angles during coating.

AVAILABLE SIZES : 4” - 36” (10cm - 90cm) even. Comes with a set of 2 end caps. Custom sizes are available.

SCREEN FRAME HINGE CLAMPS

Lancer screen frame hinge clamps feature a wide-wing thumb screw for firm and easy fastening to the screen frame. These clamps are easy to install. Offers positive locking for perfect registry and precise control. Screen frame hinge clamps are very durable and are easy to use. (Installation screws not included).

PALLET PROTEC

Pallet Protec is a solvent and heat resistant material that is applied to a printing platen. Pallet Protec eliminates the need for pallet clean up! Simply apply Pallet Protec in multiple layers on the platen and peel the layers as needed. Protect your pallet/platens and increase productivity by saving valuable clean up time.

Pallet Protec Directions: Apply 1 to 3 layers before using adhesive spray. Remove a layer at the end of run and have a clean surface.

REGISTRATION GUIDES

Stainless steel tempered registration guides are used for thin stock printing applications. Tape the registration guides onto the pallet and slide stock into the same place for perfect registration, print after print. Guides are ideal for heat transfers, pressure sensitive stock, plastic film, paper, etc. Sold in packs of 12.

"Monkey Thumbs" Add More Funtionality than Regular Spatulas

The Slick Scoop is made from rigid aluminum with a polyethylene handle for a combination of easy cleanup and rugged durability. Slick Scoop has a mottled aluminum finish that gives the ink good traction and will not slip off the spatula. Best of all, the aluminum surface will not rust, resists gouged edges and is not affected by solvents. Available with a 3" wide or 4.5" blade. The Slick Scoop can also be ordered in custom sizes to fit your existing ink containers or to have a range of sizes for your shop.

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT CLAMPS

Adjustable height hinge clamps slide up and down on a steel vertical support. Adjustable to 4" (10cm) above the table for thick materials. Functions as a standard clamp when all the way down. Adjustable height hinge clamps will accept screen frames up to 2" (5cm) thick. These heavy duty clamps are built to last.

NEWSPRINT

Lancer's newsprint is excellent for blotting out excess water off of fresh stencils, as well as blocking out multiple images on the screen. Newsprint also has many other uses around the screen printing shop. Lancer’s newsprint is a must have for any screen printing shop. Newsprint is sold in packages of 500 sheets.

TEST SQUARES

Lancer test squares do not wrinkle when flash cured. Test squares are an ideal printing surface for test prints or samples. Accepts both plastisol and sublimation heat transfers. Lancer test squares are great for cleaning screens and machinery. Lancer test squares are made from a non-woven material that works great for simulating printing on many types of material. Lancer test squares are available in White and Black.
