939 MESH ROUGHENER

939 Mesh Roughener is a smooth paste with very fine grit will not damage or clog mesh. 939 Mesh roughener provides tooth to all screen fabrics for superior stencil adhesion. 939 is an ideal choice for capillary films and indirect stencils.

SUPERWET MESH PREP

Enviro Series SuperWet Mesh Prep is a highly advanced formula mesh prep that not only degreases the screen fabric, but will actually allow the screen mesh to hold water. SuperWet mesh prep is an ideal choice for capillary films and Indirect Stencils.

2000 GREEN INK CLEANUP

2000 Green is a safe and easy wash up for plastisol and water based textile inks. 2000 Green easily cleans up most adhesives, tar, grease, grime, as well as many other inks and paints. 2000 Green Ink Cleanup is great for cleaning up T-shirt pallets.

TR BLEND INK CLEANUP

TR Blend will clean up virtually any type of ink, including plastisols, solvent based, water based and UV inks. TR Blend easily removes adhesive residue. TR Blend is an ideal companion for our Phantom 1000 Ghost and Haze Remover.

311 QUICK STRIP

311 Quick Strip is an great reclaimer for direct emulsions and capillary films. 311 Quick Strip is very fast and easy to use. 311 Quick Strip is supplied in a super concentrate form. Mix 1 part 311 Quick Strip concentrate to 20 parts water!

PHANTOM 1000

Phantom 1000 effectively removes all traces of ghost or haze images left on the screen without harming the actual screen fabric. It makes the fabric look like new again. Phantom 1000 will remove both light and heavy stains from the screen fabric.

A specially designed brush with soft, high density bristles that will easily get into the corners of screens. The Enivro Brush is very durable and will last for a very long time The Enviro Brush holds great volumes of liquid thereby reducing wastage of cleaning products. A premium quality, heavy duty hand cleaner made with pumice. Tough on dirt, yet gentle enough for everyday use. EC-97 powers out ink, grease, grime, soil, paint, epoxies, resins, glues and soilers that petroleum cleaners have difficulty removing. Fortified with skin enhancing oils of vitamin E. Leaves hands smooth.

Formula 3000 is a specially designed spot cleaning fluid that will remove cured plastisol and some water based inks. Formula 3000 Spot Cleaning Fluid will leave virtually no ring on the garment. Formula 3000 Spot Cleaning Fluid is designed to be non-flammable with minimum a toxicity which makes the fluid safer than conventional cleaning products. Formula 300 can be used with many cleaning guns including the Arrow Spot Cleaning Gun from Lancer Group.

Flashpoint is the minimum temperature at which liquid gives off an ignitable vapour close to its surface. Note: We highly recommend our Enviro Series® products - 2000 Green and TR Blend.

Used as a reclaimer for synthetic stencils. One container of 100g mixes with 10 quarts cold water to make a 1% strength general purpose solution. For hard to remove stencils, a 2% solution can be made using 5 quarts of cold water. Apply to both sides of screen, leave for a few minutes and wash away with water.
